On the Seventh Day, God rested.
But what does that mean for us?
It’s not just about sleep or stillness — it’s about completion, rejuvenation, and the cosmic rhythm of work followed by restoration. Like the winter season, the seventh day is a sacred pause — a time when the earth, exhausted from centuries of motion and striving, is called into stillness so it can heal.
And just as God’s days are described as 1,000 years (Psalm 90:4; 2 Peter 3:8), the seventh “day” may very well be a 1,000-year cosmic Sabbath — the final age of rest before a new cycle begins.
Some have even suggested that we’ve already passed through multiple cosmic cycles. Civilizations like Atlantis and others hinted at in ancient ruins (which predate 7,000 years) might be echoes of previous worlds — testaments that the world may have ended and restarted before.
If time is circular, maybe there is no absolute “end” — only thresholds, transformations, and recurring epochs of rise and fall.
A Broken Earth in Need of Rest
As we enter what many believe is the seventh day — the final thousand-year “rest” described in Scripture — the Earth itself seems weary. Pollution, deforestation, climate extremes, and spiritual burnout reflect a planet and people in need of deep restoration.
In a group of ancient spiritual writings known as the Letters to the Essenes — not included in the Bible but often attributed to early Jewish mystics or early followers of Jesus — Jesus is portrayed as speaking often about the Earth, the four elements (earth, water, air, fire), and the nurturing role of the Earth as a Mother. These texts reflect a deep reverence for creation and emphasize that spiritual healing is connected to caring for the natural world.
This raises an intriguing possibility: What if the Fifth Commandment — “Honor your father and your mother” — was not just about our biological parents, but also about honoring God (our Heavenly Father) and the Earth (our nurturing Mother)? The first four commandments all speak directly to our relationship with God. This fifth one might be a bridge between Divine and Creation, inviting us to respect the sacred balance of Heaven and Earth.
This perspective aligns with both ancient wisdom and modern science, which recognize that when we live in harmony with the Earth, we also live in harmony with God’s design. The Sabbath isn’t just a day off — it’s an invitation to realign with the rhythm of life, to let the land rest, and to restore both body and soul.
Manifestation, Mind, and the End We Create
Today, there’s a new obsession with manifesting. We’re told we can create our best lives — but are we also manifesting our shadow?
If millions over time believe the world is ending, and they speak it, fear it, envision it… are we pulling that reality into being?
Just like thoughts create patterns in the brain, collective thought might shape reality itself.
Most people think thoughts are just private things in our heads. But science and spirituality are starting to agree — our thoughts actually affect the world around us.
Every thought is a form of energy. This isn’t just a spiritual idea — it’s backed by science. Einstein’s famous equation, E = mc², shows that energy and matter (physical things) are closely connected. So when we think, we’re putting energy out into the world. That energy can help build or destroy.
The Personal and Collective Mind
Scientists in a field called epigenetics have found that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions can actually switch certain genes on or off. This means the way we think can literally affect our health, behavior, and even how we experience life. You’re not just thinking — you’re shaping your biology.
There’s also something called the collective mind or collective consciousness. It’s the idea that we’re all connected at an unseen level — so our thoughts don’t just affect us, they also affect everyone else. Think of it like Wi-Fi: you can’t see it, but it’s always connecting everything.
Matter verses Energy
Now, Earth is a very physical and heavy (or “dense”) place. That’s just how it is. Because of that, our brains often struggle to understand deeper, more spiritual things. It’s like trying to tune in to a radio station with a lot of static.
Here’s an example you already know: we can see light, but only part of it. The visible light spectrum is just a small slice of all the light that exists. We can’t see ultraviolet (UV) light, infrared, microwaves, or X-rays with our eyes — but they’re still there. They vibrate at different frequencies, beyond what we can detect.
Now apply that same idea to life in the universe. If other beings or worlds exist but vibrate at a higher frequency than us, we might not be able to see them with our eyes or detect them with regular tools — but that doesn’t mean they’re not there. They could be spiritual, intelligent, or even part of other realms that our current technology can’t access.
So how does this relate to us?
When we live in fear, anger, or hate, we lower our frequency. When we act out of love, kindness, or truth, we raise it. Every interaction — a kind word or a cruel one — sends energy out into the world. And over time, that energy builds up.
If enough people think negatively, speak harshly, or act selfishly, could we actually be speeding up the very “end of the world” we’ve been warned about by causing negative self-talk within ourselves and others?
On the flip side, every time we forgive, encourage, or love, we push back against that darkness. We lift the energy of the whole world, even if we don’t see it right away.
So we have a choice, every day:
- Are we helping heal the world or hurt it?
- Are our thoughts contributing to fear and chaos — or to hope and light?
We’re not just living in the world. We’re helping to shape it — with every thought, word, and action.
Repentance, Forgiveness, and Gratitude — A Spiritual Reset
If our thoughts really do shape reality, then it’s not hard to see why ancient teachings — from the Bible to other sacred texts — place such a strong emphasis on things like repentance, forgiveness, and gratitude.
But here’s the key:
These aren’t just religious rules meant to control us. They’re spiritual tools — like tuning forks — that help bring us back into balance.
Repentance (Turning Around)
At its core, repentance means recognizing we’re heading in the wrong direction — and choosing to turn back. It’s not about shame or punishment. It’s about clearing out the spiritual junk we’ve picked up — the guilt, the anger, the blame — and resetting our alignment with the truth.
When we repent, we’re not just saying, “I did something wrong.” We’re saying, “I want to live differently. I want to bring more light into this world.” That shift alone raises your frequency.
Forgiveness (Cutting the Cord)
Unforgiveness is like carrying around heavy chains. And here’s the strange part — the pain we hold onto doesn’t just hurt the other person. It drains our own energy and lowers our vibration. It keeps us stuck in the past.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It means you’re choosing to cut the spiritual cord tying you to pain — so you can be free. That’s healing. That’s power.
Gratitude (Amplifying Light)
Gratitude is like a spiritual amplifier. It multiplies joy. It lifts our energy instantly.
You can’t be bitter and grateful at the same time — one has to give.
When we stop and give thanks — even for something small — we’re telling the universe (and God):
“I see the good. I’m aligned with hope.”
And that opens doors. Gratitude not only lifts our frequency, but it also attracts more of the good we’re giving thanks for. It’s a positive feedback loop — a spiritual ripple effect.
Why It Matters
If our world is affected by collective energy, then healing doesn’t just start with systems or governments. It starts with us — our thoughts, our words, our love, our repentance, our willingness to forgive, and our ability to say “thank you” even when life is hard.
Every time we reset ourselves, we help reset the world.
And maybe that’s how we slow down the chaos.
Maybe that’s how we stop the cycle of hurt.
Maybe that’s how we step into a new era — not just with better technology, but with higher consciousness.
Because in the end, the greatest power isn’t in what we build — it’s in what we become and how we treat others.

Job, Babel, and the Language of the Gods — Fragments of the Fractal
The book of Job, the story of Babel, and the ruins of ancient civilizations aren’t disconnected stories — they are fractured pieces of the same cosmic whole, like fragments of a fractal or slivers in a hologram, each containing the pattern of the entire system.
- Job, the oldest text in the Bible, contains clues about cosmic order, reincarnation, and celestial beings like Rahab (which, here, is not the prostitute from Joshua, but a reference to a cosmic entity or planet).
- The Tower of Babel shows humanity striving to reclaim a unified language and frequency — perhaps not just verbal language, but the vibrational resonance that once bound heaven and earth in harmony.
- The diversity of ancient mythologies, from Egypt to Sumeria to Mesoamerica, may not be entirely separate religions, but cultural shards of one original language and sacred system that splintered in the aftermath of Babel.
These stories reflect the holographic principle: just as every cell of the body contains the DNA of the whole, these ancient accounts reflect the universal truth of a God who once walked with man — and man’s attempt to return to that state.
Ancient Warnings, Modern Technology — What Are We Becoming?
In May 2025, the Vatican introduced new guidelines for how it handles unexplained spiritual experiences, such as visions or apparitions. At the same time, scientists and lawyers have long believed that the Vatican has kept classified records on UFOs and unexplained phenomena — suggesting that spiritual and scientific mysteries may not be so separate after all.
Ezekiel, UFOs, and Ancient Beings
The Book of Ezekiel in the Bible describes a mysterious vision: flying wheels, flashing lights, and beings that don’t quite look human. For centuries, these passages confused readers — but today, many see clear similarities to what people describe as UFO sightings.
Throughout history, many cultures have spoken of serpent-like beings, dragons, or fiery creatures. In the Bible, these are called seraphim — angels who stand close to God but are often associated with fire and intense light. Interestingly, Lucifer was also described as a high-ranking angel before his fall, possibly one of these fiery seraphim. Today, some people connect these descriptions with reptilian extraterrestrials, pointing to ancient knowledge that may have been spiritual and otherworldly at the same time.
The Nephilim — A Story of Crossed Boundaries
In another ancient book, the Book of Enoch, we hear the story of the Watchers — angels who came down to earth and broke divine rules by marrying human women. Their children were called the Nephilim — giants or hybrid beings who caused great chaos. In return for these forbidden relationships, humans were given advanced knowledge like weapons, makeup, and magical secrets.
But this was not a gift — it was a trade. And in making that trade, humanity gave these beings permission to operate in our world. The consequences were so serious that, according to the story, God sent the Great Flood to start over.
Today: Are We Repeating the Past?
In Jewish tradition, preparation for Shabbat begins six hours before sundown — a window of transition. If we are in the final moments of the 6th day (6th millennium), then the digital age might mark the final preparations before cosmic rest.
We’re in an era of biotechnology, where scientists are:
- Editing human DNA
- Creating brain-computer connections
- Building machines that think like us
- Playing with artificial intelligence and virtual worlds
This all sounds futuristic, but here’s the concern: are we once again mixing things that shouldn’t be mixed? Is this speeding up time? Are we racing toward an end… or a new beginning?
Back in ancient times, the Nephilim were not created by God — and they couldn’t enter Heaven. They existed in a strange in-between space known as the demonic world. Today, we might be building new forms of life, consciousness, or intelligence that are also not made in God’s image, condemning those of the future to roaming the earth as demonic forces and in turn condemning ourselves with the Watchers. When we give permission — even unknowingly — to forces we don’t fully understand, we may be opening spiritual doors we cannot close.
Shouldn’t We Understand Who We Are First?
In today’s world, there’s a rush to enhance — to upgrade the human body and mind with technology. Gene editing, brain implants, digital consciousness, neuro-gaming — all these things promise to make us faster, smarter, stronger.
But before we race to redesign ourselves, we need to ask:
Do we even know who we are without the influence of sin, trauma, and distortion?
Most of us have never lived a single day fully aligned with the original design — the version of ourselves that was whole, joyful, pure, and walking with God.
If we haven’t experienced that yet… If we don’t know what it feels like to be fully human as God created us…
How can we know what needs “upgrading”?
We might be rushing to fix problems that are symptoms of spiritual imbalance — not biological flaws.
Maybe what we truly need isn’t more code… But more clarity.
More truth. More light. More connection to our Creator.
Because real healing — the kind that restores our mind, body, and spirit — doesn’t come from machines that breakdown over time and need replacing and continual maintenance.
It comes from coming home to ourselves.
And we can’t return to our true selves without first removing what was never part of us to begin with:
The lies, the shame, the fear, the spiritual brokenness passed down through generations.
The Risk of Rushing Ahead
Imagine editing your DNA or merging your consciousness with AI — without understanding the original blueprint God gave you.
Would you be improving yourself?
Or possibly deleting parts of your soul?
Maybe the most radical transformation isn’t to become something new —
but to remember who we were meant to be before sin, fear, and distortion entered the world.
In that light, repentance isn’t regression.
It’s realignment.
Obedience and submission are not slavery.
They are restoration.
Gratitude isn’t naïve.
It’s powerful spiritual recalibration.
The Importance of Identity
This isn’t just about science or religion. It’s about who we are becoming.
- When we modify our DNA, are we still human in the way God created us?
- When we connect our brains to machines, who controls our thoughts?
- When we blur the line between the natural and artificial, what happens to our soul?
This is why the Bible’s ancient stories still matter. They warn us that crossing spiritual boundaries has consequences. And they remind us that not everything labeled “progress” is good.
Like the Nephilim, today’s technologies could lead us away from God’s design. But if we stay awake, alert, and spiritually grounded, we can make choices that keep us aligned with the Creator’s original plan for humanity — not a copy, not an imitation, not a hybrid.
